If you would like to return a product purchased, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. Please enclose the following details in your return request.
Specify the reason for return, with relevant images.
We will look into the issue and respond to you within 24 working days. If your return request is accepted we will ship the replacement product to you once the original item reaches our address.
Incase your purchased item needs to be altered please email us on email@example.com or reach out to us on +91 70280 06673. We do not levy additional charges for alteration if we receive your request within a month of your purchase.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for original and returned products. We will refund your amount to you, in the original method of payment incase of any severe damages in products.
Stitched Almaree is not responsible for delays in delivery due to external circumstances and we do not take responsibility if your package has been lost or stolen.
