RETUN POLICY

Our team works tirelessly to ensure that every purchase you make is hassle free and delivered efficiently. However if you are not happy with your purchase, you can get in touch with our team –

You will be able to return or exchange your product if :-

• The order placed and order delivered do not match
• The product is torn, damaged or has a similar manufacturing flaw

Stitched Almaree will be unable to accept returns if :-

• Product is torn, altered for size, do not have tags or damaged in any way.
• End of season sale items are considered final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• We will not accept requests for return or exchange of Stiched Almaree products purchased from any third party. Products eligible for exchange/return must be bought from this website only.

If you would like to return a product purchased, please write to us at lookgood@stitchedalmaree.com within 7 days of delivery. Please enclose the following details in your return request.

Specify the reason for return, with relevant images.

We will look into the issue and respond to you within 24 working days. If your return request is accepted we will ship the replacement product to you once the original item reaches our address.

Incase your purchased item needs to be altered please email us on lookgood@stitchedalmaree.com or reach out to us on +91 70280 06673. We do not levy additional charges for alteration if we receive your request within a month of your purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for original and returned products. We will refund your amount to you, in the original method of payment incase of any severe damages in products.

Stitched Almaree is not responsible for delays in delivery due to external circumstances and we do not take responsibility if your package has been lost or stolen.
