Do you take requests for customization of products?

Yes, we do customize products on request. You can email us your requirements on lookgood@stitchedalmaree.com or whatsapp us on +91 7028006673.

How do I know my size?

On every product page, we have provided a standard size chart, which can be used before making a purchase for the best possible fit. So measure yourself accordingly. If you want us to customize the size please check the measurement page or you can reach out to us on email lookgood@stitchedalmaree.com

Order & Payment

How do I place an order on your website?

Once you decide to make a purchase, click on the product you are willing to order. Select a suitable size from the drop-down list and add your measurement in the box provided. Click on the “Add to Cart” button once you have selected the quantity you would like to order. Click on the checkout button to proceed with payment and delivery details.

I have placed my order. What happens next?

Once you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email from Stitched Almaree. We will put your order under production and keep you informed at every step with regard to the delivery of the same. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Then, your item is shipped to your location.

What happens if my debit/credit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

We do not collect or store your card information with us. If you suspect any unauthorized behavior on your card, then please report this to your bank immediately.

I am concerned about the security aspects related to typing out my credit card number online.

Please be assured that we do not receive/ store your complete card details. When you enter the card details, you are redirected to a secure payment site. Your card issuing bank authorizes or rejects the transaction, based on which we process or reject the order. At no point do we receive/store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

In how many days will my order get shipped?

We offer free shipping within India. All orders are shipped within 14 days of placing an order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. For international shipping, the estimated delivery time and cost will be shared by our team as per actuals, and the cost will be borne by the customer along with customs, if any.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Stitched Almaree is a custom clothing brand and keeps very minimal inventory. Before dispatch, we quality check every product along with the sizing provided by the customer or size selected from our size chart to ensure the product is delivered up to standard. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

In case of any size issues, we do offer alterations if we are notified about the same within 7 working days of you receiving the product. Delivery charges to send us the product back will be borne by the customer.
